Welcome to Wildwood
Welcome—I am glad you are here. Choosing to step into therapy is a deeply courageous act of self-care, and finding a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood is the foundation of meaningful healing.
Here, therapy is an organic, collaborative journey tailored to your unique history, values, and personal goals. Grounded in an integrative, relational, and depth-oriented framework, my practice offers a warm, compassionate container to navigate life’s complexities, process underlying emotional pain, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Whether you are carrying the weight of old wounds, seeking relief from persistent struggles, or longing for greater inner peace, you are invited to explore your story at a pace that feels safe, honored, and grounded.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.”
— C.G. Jung
I bring over 14 years of mental health experience to our work, earning my BSW from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and my MSW from the University of Nevada, Reno. My clinical path spans high-acuity hospital networks, forensic units, psychiatric crisis care, and community health in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as outpatient psychotherapy practice in Bozeman, Montana, and Midwest Ohio.
Navigating these distinct landscapes reinforced a fundamental truth: while contexts change, the need for safety, attachment, and genuine human connection is universal.
My practice is built on a deep, empathetic understanding of human suffering as a lived reality. Whether you are navigating a painful upbringing, the devastation of addiction, profound loss, court involvement, rebuilding after an abusive relationship, significant trauma, or the exhausting weight of chronic anxiety, low self-worth, and isolation—I understand how overwhelming these experiences can be.
This is why I do this work. Having walked alongside individuals through acute distress, profound loss, and deep isolation, I bring a calm, unwavering, steady presence to our sessions. I offer a safe, grounded container where no part of your pain is too heavy, too complex, or too overwhelming to be held.
To support root-cause healing, I hold specialized trauma training in EMDR (Parts 1 &2) through the Trauma Therapy Institute and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). Today, every thread of my clinical and human journey converges into guiding clients toward authentic healing, self-worth, and conscious self-agency.
About Gabrielle Molina, MSW, LSW
Therapeutic Philosophy & Framework
Understanding Your Roots & Early Attachment
True, lasting healing begins when we understand the forces—internal, relational, environmental, and spiritual—that have shaped our lives. Our earliest attachment bonds and family dynamics establish our original blueprints for safety, belonging, and self-worth. When those early needs go unmet, we naturally construct defense mechanisms to shield ourselves from unbearable pain and shame. While these survival strategies once served a vital protective purpose, over time they can leave us feeling reactive, disconnected, and fragmented from who we truly are.
Dismantling Shame & Restoring Internal Authority
At the core of most psychological distress is the pervasive weight of internalized shame—the silent, heavy belief that one is fundamentally "broken" or unnamably flawed. When we avoid internal discomfort or suppress painful truths, we inadvertently reinforce our stuckness and give power to old patterns. Therapy at Wildwood Integrative Depth Psychotherapy provides a grounded, compassionate space to stop the struggle against your internal reality. Guided by genuine curiosity, emotional depth, and an attuned therapeutic presence, we gently bring what has been carried in darkness into conscious awareness.
Bridging Clinical Discipline with Soul-Level Wholeness
Bridging psychodynamic depth, somatic regulation, and evidence-based skill building, our work honors the full spectrum of the human experience. While you cannot change the history that shaped you, you possess the inherent authority to define the conscious, independent spirit you bring into the world today. As C.G. Jung observed, "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become." Here, you are invited to step out of reactive survival, restore your nervous system, and step into grounded self-agency and peace.
